Oops! Pricing Mistakes We are human, and sometimes pricing typos happen. If a price is clearly incorrect on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If we do, we will let you know within 48 hours, issue a full refund immediately, and sincerely apologize for the mix-up.

Fulfillment & Delivery We inspect every single item before packing it. This processing takes 1-3 business days (or 2-3 days during holiday rushes). After leaving our warehouse, domestic packages arrive in 7-10 business days, and international orders take 7-15 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships!

Returns Made Simple Not the perfect fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, our team needs up to 10 business days to inspect the items and process your refund or exchange.
