4.ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

This includes orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. In the event we cancel an order, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

5.PRODUCTS AND DISPLAY

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, and minor manufacturing tolerances are expected. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing and availability at any time.

6.CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment of your order generally requires 1-3 business days. By ordering, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for clearing the goods through your local customs and paying any applicable VAT, duties, or import taxes. We hold no liability for shipping delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

7. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Upon inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days.

8.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall LLHH TECH LIMITED, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service or delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics.
