Your Order Confirmation (The 24-Hour Rule) Right after you pay, we’ll email you a receipt. Please double-check it! If you notice you ordered the wrong size or put in the wrong address, let us know at service@llhhtech.com within 24 hours. This helps us fix the issue before your package leaves our hands.
Inventory Updates Things sell out fast! If an item you ordered happens to go out of stock, we will email you within 48 hours to let you know. You can either wait 1-5 days for us to restock it or ask for a full refund right away.
Shipping Timelines We take 1-3 business days (2-3 business days during holidays) to inspect and pack your items. Once shipped, domestic orders take about 7-10 business days to arrive, and international orders take 7-15 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Getting Your Money Back Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days, and guarantee that your refund will be fully processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Prices & Customs Duties Everything is priced in USD. If you're ordering from outside our home country, please remember that any local customs fees or import taxes are your responsibility to pay.
